World Gym Challenge - The Marlow Club 'Tough Enough' Competition

I travelled to Marlow a couple of weeks ago to compete in another X-training competition and am delighted to say that I won! I came 1st with a time of 14.01.

The course involved uphill running, weighted burpees, bench press, bench jumps, rowing, shoulder press, box jumps, situps, squats and 200ft on a versa climber to finish.

I am currently training for Ultimate Gym Athlete which takes place in September and Ironwoman which takes place in October.
